Part 1 - Constructive Case (due by 10:00 on Wednesday, May 23rd)
For Part 1 of your debate final, you are to select one of the policy debate resolutions listed below and using the research links / materials provided, write either a complete affirmative or negative constructive case. You are not limited to these sources. Your case is worth 100 points (two-thirds of the final exam total).
Policy Debate: The case should include definition of terms and all three stock issues. Use the Policy Debate templates included below. You will need to combine the two templates to create a full case that addresses all three stock issues and includes an introduction, definition of terms, and a conclusion.
The finished product in either case should appear as a seamless document/argument - not a cut and paste job into a template.

Part 2 of your debate final is a 37 question multiple choice test over debate terms and procedures for both Policy Debate and Lincoln-Douglas Debate. Refer to the Weebly pages indicated below. All pages are found under the "Debate" tab. This is a paper/pencil test, so please have a pen/pencil with you.
